Just completed my first flight using V1.26.Had maintenance in Yellowknife replace the INSV1.40 with the INSv1.51.Then departed for Norman Wells and onwards to Inuvik.Perfect flight,, no issues to report.. :( Thanks Bob for such a great freeware package. :( RJ

And my return leg this morning....... CYEV to CYEGhttp://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=269911RJ

No,, that's default FS9 cloud/ground textures. Only thing I did to the cloud textures was reduce the default texture size. Also I changed the runway textures and upgraded the airports..RJ

Interesting...I don't recall seeing that darkening effect in the default skies.CheersBob ScottColonel, USAF (ret)ATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VColorado Springs, CO

Very impressive... Could someone please tell me if the new PNK model has the HF cable antennas like the model of this photographs??.... There should be a model update too.... engine size need some work they are slightly bigger from the middle to the exhaust nozzle... and in reality.. it is quite more narrow.... Love the 732!!!!!

The models are not new...they were gifted to us several years ago by Terry Gaff and Flight1--they were part of a commercial development project that died on the vine, so I don't expect there will be model updates unless and until someone else wants to step up and build us some new ones.CheersBob ScottColonel, USAF (ret)ATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VColorado Springs, CO

Yeaahh.. I know... I've spent the last 3 years developing my own panel Sperry 177 and Heavily modified textures for this model... but never saw that model with the cable antennas before I was told about the tinmouse update and I was so excited and tought the update incluided updated models too.... Can you please tell me what are the "spoilers and speed brakes" update is about? I'm not in my PC and all my info was lost also.. so there will be some time to recover all... But I'm dying to know.... I hope that they fixed the "replay mode " ground spoilers deployment and that there will be no need to apply Wing Fold command to them but automatic with reverse.... please inform me.... thanks!!! Long Life the 737-200!!

Not exactly sure what was updated but my TM2 ground spoilers seem to work pretty much as they always have for me. You arm them by clicking on the "speed brakes armed" light, on the main panel (a "cheat"), or moving the spoiler lever to the "Armed" position on the throttle panel. AFAIK they don't deploy with reversers but on their own, when the main gear senses compression. Bob can speak more accurately to that. Not sure what you mean about "Wing Fold"?

Hi..well... I've always operated the ground spoilers via the WING FOLD command, When spoilers are armed only the speed brakes deploy but not the groud spoilers... It seems they work separately... sadly when aplying the wing fold command... the wing lift is cut and the plane lands heavily... so I have to apply ground spoilers when all three gear wheels are in ground... for a soft landing... that is what I meant

That's exactly what the panel does...when it has detected Terry Gaff's model (by the presence of a 1 Gal tip tank in the aircraft.cfg) it waits to trigger the wing fold to drive the gnd spoiler animation at nosewheel touchdown instead of MLG touchdown. It's an artificiality...I don't think the aerodynamic effects of using the wing fold were known when the model was built. If you're not getting ground spoiler deployment, it's likely that the tip tank needed to ID the model to the panel is not present in the aircraft.cfg.RegardsBob ScottColonel, USAF (ret)ATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VColorado Springs, CO
