What you have is the config info for that aircraft. You can get that info for a ton of addon aircraft on the A2A website. I'm afraid you're going to have to crack open your wallet if you want to see those enhanced lights.

This is just configuration code for lights, you also need a program that installs those lights into FS but you have to pay for it. It's great, I have it.
