December 29, 200916 yr Hi,having been recommended the 737 PIC from my earlier forum post. i have now purchased it and installed it successfully.initial use of the package seemed fine, however when i actually came to sitting down and flying properly with active sky loaded. The view out of the cockpit flickers then turns blue and so you cant see out of the plane.i have switched views and this cures the problem for a few seconds. Has anyone experienced this???I am running windows 7, but since it has run successfully without active sky i dont think this would be the problem. One other thing. where do i place the flightplan information to allow me to load it as a coroute in the FMC. i have tried putting the info in the FMCWP folder but that hasnt worked. Thanks in advance Tom Why not read some useful tips and tricks - http://forum.avsim.n...22#entry1965722
December 29, 200916 yr One other thing. where do i place the flightplan information to allow me to load it as a coroute in the FMC. i have tried putting the info in the FMCWP folder but that hasnt worked. Thanks in advanceFlightplans go in here: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\feelThere\CustomDB\
December 29, 200916 yr Author Flightplans go in here: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\feelThere\CustomDB\Hi thanks for that, unfortunately that hasnt worked.I copied the flight plan into this folder, loaded FSX and opened the FMC. From there i typed the name of the flight plan 'EGBBEGJJ' but this did not work. The problem may be the format of the flight plan. It is a .rte file created by fsbuild. I have to confess i copied a plan created for another addon so this may be the problem, although it has worked when i tried this on other add-ons before.Ah actually i think i may have twigged. My OS is 64-bit but i seem to think the website suggests 32-bit versions of the addon, maybe the FMC is trained to look in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\feelThere\CustomDB\whereas i haveC:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\feelThere\CustomDB\ill create a folder in the earlier link and see if that works.Meanwhile i have solved the graphics issue. There is a download off the Wilco website that resolves/converts rain textures, that cause the problem. Tom Why not read some useful tips and tricks - http://forum.avsim.n...22#entry1965722
