Changes to compiled .mdl files are not really possible. That's part of the reason they are compiled...

Steve:Fr. Bill is right, there's no way to de-compile a .mdl file that I'm aware of. However, if it was built in FSDS and you just happen to have the .FSC file (which probably isn't likely), I'll be glad to have a look at it for you.
