Make sure you used the right format:Subject: RCv4 Key RequestIn the body: nnnnnnnnn ! Firstname ! LastnameWhere nnnnnnnnn is the product id on the registration screen. Send it to [email protected] and you should get an automatic key almost immediately.

I think I found the problem John. This email address (xxxxxxx.net) was in my blocked list and apparently deleted mails sent from that address. I removed it fromthe blocked list, though I'm assuming this is the address the key was sent from right?Would you mind sending me a test email to the islandboy1966 address to see if I can get anything. just a hi perhaps.Thanks
