  1. Seen this? http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/78605-weather-radar-work-in-progress/ "For a long time I said (like many others) that a working weather radar was not possible in FSX. Well I was wrong."
  2. This guy made a lot of very good tutorials: http://www.youtube.com/user/skysurfer007?feature=watch Free to watch and my opinion way better than the flights of angle of attack. Their groundwork is thorough but the rest is very improvised.
  3. It is available again in the iTunes store. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/virtual-cdu/id634731446?l=pt&ls=1&mt=8
  4. Works perfect with dropbox. No problem at all.

Take your time. I remember the days it took months to get my hardware properly setup for a new PMDG plane. With your hard work this is all so easy now! Thanks again!

    Thanks! That would be marvellous.

Is someone already making a module for the PMDG 777? Would be so nice to use the combo for this ultimate aircraft!
  8. Join Eastern Airways Virtual: they have a lot of real world routes. Combined with the ORBX sceneries of England, Whales and Scotland: you're in for a treat! http://www.easternairwaysvirtual.co.uk/
  9. Some time ago I used RC4 but this was my workaround: start fsx and start your flight. Than, change the standard output for sound to your headphones and start RC4.
  10. You can use Linda for that. Works perfect for me and also hides the frames of the undocked panels.
  11. No problems at all.
  12. Nice video. Two questions: - why don't you use the fmc to program the ndap1 departure and use vnav? - you set flaps 1 at passing 1 at the speedtape: i think that's not the correct procedure. You should set flaps 1 after accelerating above v2+20 and flaps up when you pass the 1 mark on the speedtape. Someone who knows what's the right procedure?
  13. You have to assign you speakers as your main sound driver and select your headset in the atc-program as the primary device. With fs2crew the selection of your usb-headset is very easy.
  14. I'm using the logitech H390; good quality, not very expensive but most important: a usb connection. This way you can have the sounds of the aircraft through your speakers and fs2crew and atc via the headset.
  15. Putting a big cross at the calendar... :))))))
  16. That's correct.
  17. Look at my post here Does it solve the problem?
  18. What is not perfect about it? Can you fully control the FMC?
  19. Thank you all for the hard work! Enjoying it every almost every day :)
  20. I've got the same problem. My solution is: first enter your position in the CDU before switching on the yaw damper. If you switch on the yaw damper before entering the position in the CDU the warning light will remain on. I guess this is a little bug.
  21. Quick update after my last flight. It's indeed the emergency lighting system that switches on. No idea why it behaves like that: I have no single failure, no warning lights, nothing. At 8000ft it turns off again; makes me think it has something to do with the pressure. Anyone an idea? (I forgot to test pressing 'i'; will try that next flight).
  22. Ah, never heard of that. I will try this too. Thanks!
  23. Yes, it's a very small thing, but i like to see the reservoirs being filled while doing the preflight items.
  24. Indeed; that's the only reason why I care 'bout the SDK (okay, would be nice if my m-panel functioned bit better with the NGX, but no big deal)
  25. No, it is not an option. The suggestion it is the emergency lighting is a good one, although I'm sure I had no failures at that moment.Next time it happens I will try the emergency lighting switch.
