January 22, 201016 yr Hello,I had given up entirely on the dead FMS problem in the J4100. I took one final stab at the problem and emailed PMDG for a new download link.They were very helpful and responded almost immediately with the link. I followed their instructions as to what to delete and then reinstalled the J4100. The major difference with this download is it already has the SP1 in it.Voila - the new install is working fine so far.I have no idea if this is a real solution but it is working for me. I made no other changes or reinstalls in my system (XP)Cheers,Ron Sagel
