January 24, 201016 yr I've just uploaded a barebones quick reference for the default 737 (FSX).It'll be in the file library, under the name "Quick Ref 737 FSCrew VC FSX.zip"It doesn't pretend to cover all the ins & outs from the manual, but it is in chronological order. It includes one possible set of PF calls & replies, I've completed a couple of flights using it.Made for my own use, so no bells and whistles. It all fits on one side of A4, though, which was my main objective.I'd attach it to this post, since it's only a 4K file, but the attachment system won't play ball.
