The easiest way to tell is to look at the date it was posted and the download count - it is highly unlikely that a "new" offerring would have over 11,000 downloads in just a couple of days.When files are re-uploaded, the download count is usually reset to what it was before.Any "new" file would start a 0 downloads.

In general true, but not exactly in this case. The Vic+ files are not a new release, but the FSX version does have a slightly improved installer. Only useful if you had trouble installing. Otherwise ignore.Also on the FS9 version, it is identical, but the library managers reset the download count to zero for some reason. In both cases the "New!" text on the download list was somewhat misleading.It's great to see the library managers still working hard to restore the library, much appreciated.Jon

and just a word about those files, it is a wonderful add on by some of the best scenery makers in the FS universe, it really enhances Victoria very very nicely, with great detail and is one of the treasures of my installs, both FS9 and FSX.

hi Jon! thanks so much for this work, amazing really, and such a wonderful enhancement for that beautiful region. I heartily reccomend the payware Vancouver as an adjunct as well
