Anticyclone, ActiveCamera a shady business?

Featured Replies

Hi,I paid for Active Camera 2004 V2.1 on the 30th and mailed the user registration to the email address given. I haven't received my authorization key yet and haven't heard a word from them, even though the info given, states that I should receive the unlock key no later than the next day. Can they be trusted? Maybe I'm a little impatient but it irritates me that I pay for something and I can't use it.Thanks.

Send your email again. I, too, had to send it a second time. But they apologized and I ahd an email back within a few hours. They are decent people, but the activation can be a tad problematic now and then.

You should definitely try again and email the creator Serge of active camera it is not a shady business at all I was a little bit scared when I first bought but every thing's cool I believe he's only one guy so he should get back to you asap I have never had any problems with him emailed might have gotten lost or went to his spam mail by mistake I hope he changes his activation to some kind of automatic system but I highly doubt it after all theses years.

I had to get a new license key a few months back and e-mailed them. I heard back from them no problem, but as I remember it did take a few days.

I just got an email from him. He said he didn't get my other emails. I've sent my user code 4 times now. I hope one of them gets through ;-)Thanks everyone, I guess I'll just sit back and wait for a few days. He should definitly change the authorization procedure - this is annoying.
