February 4, 201016 yr im having a problem with images displaying right. All images i view on my computer seem to look like they're in 16bit mode, and yes im running everything in 32bit trude color mode. I've tried everything i can think of to fix this problem. I've re-installed windows 7 32bit. that didn't work. So i thought maybe it was my graphic card. went out and bought a new one and of course no luck. I have no clue whats going on. one day everything was fine the next day this issue. ive even tried different monitors. im lost. any suggestions? mel

Find and see where your color.icm file is and make sure that it has not been edited by any other program, etc. The .icm file should be the one installed by your manufacturer. W7 replaced my Samsung .icm with its own...and I had the saturation issue. Once re-selecting my Samsung's .icm file from the list in W7's mask, I was back to great color once more. It is probably something as simple as that.... Do a GOOGLE search of how to select your .icm file in W7 and you will be hand-guided to where in W7 it is. Just follow the 'Yellow Brick Road'.....Mitch
February 4, 201016 yr If you have an Nvidia card, check the digital vibrance slider in the Nvida Control Panel. Twice with Win 7 I have had a similair problem where this gets set to high and distorts the colours and gamma. Stephen Munn
