Yeah I saw this on the AVSIM home page the other day, looks real good! One thing though that caught my eye while viewing their demo for the PMDG 744 product, is they state you select flaps prior to reducing speed to the flap setting bug +10knts? I always thought you didn't select flap 1 until you reached the flaps UP bug speed? Seems to me doing it earlier could result in a flap over speed condition, if your initial speed was too high.
