Ever Had A Mid-Air Collision With AI?

Featured Replies

I fly GA out of Airlake (Airlake, Lakeville, Mn) alot. Just to the north is KMSP. A while ago I was showing a friend my version of FS9 with all of the variuos addons that I have added over the years. His home is near KFCM and I was using UT and attempting to show him a golf course near his home. As I neared KFCM my windshield fill up with a AI Airbus landing on runway 4 at KMSP. The Airbus at the most was 100-330 feet off the nose of my aircraft.Although my friend thought that was neat, I realized the mistake I made in cutting a corner to save time to get over KFCM. I have never before or since seen an aircrft up that close again in FS.Tom

I get traffic advisories on almost every flight. Resolution advisories are more of a rare occurance, and usually are limited to final approach when I get cut off. I have never heard of FSUIPC's traffic zapper...perhaps I should RTM.Matt
