February 25, 201016 yr Hello folks,Need some help. I had to purchase the "Extended Download" from PMDG for the JS4100. The order was processed two days ago and went through.At this point, I have received no email with my download link as well as when I check the order status, it just says "processed".I have found it's very very difficult communicating with these folks. February 25, 201016 yr Did you log onto your account at their ecommerce site to see if you have an active link? They are cutting over from email based support to web portal support, I doubt they dropped anything but it won't hurt to check your link to see if it is active. Dan Downs KCRP
