I reinstalled RC4 in my new PC, made the usual key request, got the key very soon after but it was a week before I was ready to get back to FSX. When I loaded RC4 the Product ID was different from a week ago. Did I do something that caused it? As far as I know, there were no software changes with any of the flight sim add-ons.

send a new key request, get a new keyfor faster key generation, send and email with the following characteristics, and you will receive your key within 15 minutes:Send the request to [email protected] The subject line should be RCv4 Key RequestThe body of the email should contain: nnnnnnnnn ! Firstname ! Lastname Where nnnnnnnnn is the product id on the registration screenIf you are using vista or windows 7, start RC by right mouse clicking the .exe or shortcut, and clicking run as administrator

Already have done it JD :( . Took no more than 30 minutes from request to receipt. Certainly can't complain about that. RC4 up and running now. Hopefully, with the new PC the FAA won't recognize me from my previous hearings regarding "Reckless Flying" :(
