March 10, 201016 yr During the problems with the J41 shop purchasing I got a VISA card error which I thought was my problem so I tried again but still got the same error so I left it for a day. Next morning I got an email with a download link. However I just noticed I got charged twice for the J41. Who would I contact to try and sort this out for me?Thanks in advanceRobert Harris
March 10, 201016 yr If you haven't heard from PMDG yet, open a trouble ticket at pmdg support with your order info. The forum is not a good way to communicate directly with PMDG. Dan Downs KCRP
