I personally want to see Troutdale because it is the last airport before you leave to adventure out into the Columbia River Gorge to explore the waterfalls and scenery.

Personally I'd like to see Aurora and Lenhardt's but that's cause I fly out of them and they don't look right in the sim.

Yep, Pearson is on my short list. John and I have been kicking around which one I should do next, and I'm about 85% convinced to do Pearson. I have two concerns about making it next, though:
  1. It's not in a pristine, mountainous area like Darrington. Clearly, there are a lot folks who want wilderness vistas when they fly. Pearson is smack-dab in the middle of a very developed urban area. No mountains, no streams, just lots and lots of buildings and traffic.
  2. Because it's in the Portland metro area, frame rates will be naturally lower at Pearson than for some far-flung small field. That's unavoidable unless we pull way back on the amount of urban autogen, which I'd rather not do.

So there you have it: my thought process thus far. I'm all for democracy (in moderation :( ), so I'd love to hear what actual users think about the above. Personally, I can fly over Portland with frame rates that are just fine, and I enjoy an urban airport now and then. What are your thoughts?By the way, none of these will be the very next airport released. That distinction belongs to Concrete Municipal, up in Washington. It's already pretty far along.
