Beech B35 attitude indicator in VC?

Featured Replies

I bought the Beech Bonanza from FSD and like it well enough. There is a small error in the VC panel which I will describe, in hopes of discovering if I am the only one with the problem, or if others have noticed it too.I asked about the error on the FSD forums, got a reply that they would look into it, but have no further word on the problem. The problem is the attitude indicator in the VC panel is missing the red stationary marker used to tell how much angle of bank one is getting. The marker is in the 2d panels but none of the VC panels have the marker.am I the only one with this small problem? Or do others have it too?Not an insurmountable problem, but if possible it would be nice to have it fixed. Thanks in advance for your responses,Donald E. Donovanwb5okj

Hi Donald,I'll check it out-but I have found the second vc (canadian registry) seems to have the best looking vc. For instance the others are missing the nav/gps label but it is present on this one.Check out some of the other vc's and see what you find and I'll do the same.

I can comfirm your observation-no pointer in the vc. Also wondering if you see the two pixel or so black dots in the 2d view at the top near the middle-and a lack of nav/gps text except on the Canadian registry?

I have the GPS/NAV placard on two planes only. The Canadian and also on Deep Crimson that is N12777 tail number. I only have one dot that I can find, on my computer it shows up as a single dark blue dot just to the left of the compass and at the very top of the screen with the 2D panel. Doesn't show up with the full panel, (shift2).I am glad to know that I'm not the only one with the pointer missing. Well just a small problem, personally I wouldn't really gripe about it, I just wanted to know. I like the developers and theirs productions, so this won't keep me from them. And of course their air files are the best in the business. The free C172 they gave away for FS2004 was about as close as I could ever hope to find to compare with a real C172, which I usually fly for real. Thanks Donald E. Donovan

Tim is looking into the gauge problem and will have it along with the fix for the micro crack in the service release being prepared , other items like the missing GPS/ Nav panel label are included as well. Thanks for reporting these, they will be taken care of ASAP.
