I just did something very similar, but not for FSI had a CPU and spare HD and little else. I was not willing to spend any serious money for any other components, so I got on Ebay and found a used dell "barebones" system for 100 USD, which was Case, power supply, mobo, and videocardAdded a little cheap cheap memory and a CD Rom and voila' new PC out of old bits, it even looks half-decent.So maybe give ebay a try.
