With all the adjustment of FSX settings recently do any benefit from setting the FSX process to HIGH PRIORITY in task manager?I'm always concerned that the OS will get confused with a setting beyond NORMAL but was wondering if it would fix some bottlenecks.jja

I use Prio to set and save FSX to high, and it certainly has not adversely affected performance.

OK another factor( setting) to keep track of but I'll give it a try today.jja

I did try high priority for FS9 on my old PC and it did adversely affect how Radar Contact worked. It forced a delay on RC responding to FS9.Haven't tried it with FSX and RC though.
