Hi, no Sir, no pos change, only flight.ASE make this only with an Flightplan when many points in the route:I have made an Flightplan from LGAV to LOWW without points in Route,(no import - only start and departure with altitude and speed in flightplan)and ASE did download the Weather every 30 minutes.This makes also a great depiction of the weather in fs9.there no cloud popping, no visibility troubles, and the "local suppression" works great!With Points (Route imported from FS9) ASE donwload the first time in 30 minutes,then in 3 to 5 minutes..., and also cloud popping and visibilyty changes there, "local suppression" not to working.DWC is "off" in cloud mode, in Wind it is "on".hope, you understand my broken english..Alti

Hi,I also did the flight from LGAV to LOWW some time ago and I also had the problem of popping clouds and changing winds with FS 9.1.I made one observation (and sorry - I didn't make a screenshot): Somewhere near Sarajevo I detected, that the nearest station reported was a station in US (some airport starting with K - I don't remeber th exact name). As I was flying online I cancelled ASE and switched back to ASV6.5 during the flight.It's definitely a problem, that ASE doesn't fully support other LOCALE settings than US. It's also a matter for exporting the weather to FSBuild and it seems to produce strange results in other areas.But no one at HiFi Sim really turn these observations into actions to fix this finally.RgdsReinhardBtw: ASE6.5 delivered definitely the correct weather during the rest opf the flight until my landing in LOWW - with LOCALE set to German :(

Alti,I have just verified this with your settings. I also get such an high average temperature (today 12 degrees). With ASV6.5 it shows correctly -56 degrees. There is definitely a difference.And winds aloft in ASE 350/32 and ASV6.5 046/10 ?!?RgdsReinhard

I see something similar. With the download slider set to 15 minutes, I see a text message every 5 minutes or so informing me that x stations have been updated, where x can range from 1 to several hundred. However, the bottom pane on the Main page of the ASE interface doesn't show any record of activity, and since I can't see any effect on performance, I don't regard it as a problem, and I've simply disabled text messages on the Options page. My simming is mostly VFR in the UK, at low altitudes in small GA aircraft, so mostly with no flight plan.Dugald

I don't understand some things...There is AS6.5 (work perfect)ASX ( don't work )ASA ( don't work )ASE ( don't work...even with latest SP )so...isn't much easier to add some extra options in version that actually work? In this case AS6.5...OK add some "extra interface look" i don't mind, but this is ridiculous! After version that work, we have, not one, but THREE version that are total...disaster! :( I bought ASE, just because i taught "OK, there is two "beta's" i hope this is it...", but no, same c...different...pAnd for the guy's at HI-FI sim...please don't tell me that this thing work for you, cause for the rest of the world DON'T!Over and out!Dallyborr
