May 2, 201016 yr Well I was checking out some sites and and was also checking to see if there was anything new at the aerosim site. when I stumbled upon a Boeing 767 from aerosim for fsx its all in Japanese or course so will have to use a translator.http://www.aerosim.co.jp/aero/a-product/fs.../b767300fsx.htmhttp://www.aerosim.co.jp/aero/a-product/fs...67300fsx_ss.htm Cesar Martinez AMD 7800X3D RTX5080 NZXT N7 B650E | G.Skill 32GB DDR5 Samsung 980 Pro 2TB | Crucial MX500 (2×) | Crucial P3 Plus Monitor: Philips Evnia 34M2C6500 QD-OLED
May 4, 201016 yr Hm. I think it'll be of the system simulation level of their 747, which should bring VNAV and such without all the LDS767 and CS767 fidelity, so I can see this thing being sold to people who think the CLS767 is light and the LDS or CS767 too heavy. So yeah, there is a market, but I'd want them to do something else, something we don't have already done by three independent developers! May 9, 201016 yr I've got their B747-400, B777 and YS-11 for FSX, plus a lot of their FS9 stuff, so I'm fairly familiar with AeroSim. I suspect their 767 will be along the lines of their 777 and 747-400D - i.e nice 3D models and good flight modeling, but not hugely complex as far as in depth systems go. It is possible to make their 777 and 747 into quite nice things with the addition of ISG instruments and a bit of VC tweaking, but frankly, I'd prefer it if they'd update their FS9 B737-200 and DC-8 for FSX.I checked out the price of that 767, and it comes to 44 quid (pounds sterling), which for what is probably a fairly 'lite' product, is not especially great value in my book. Their Triple Seven is worth having since there is no other nicer model of one for FSX, and their 747-400D is worth having, since it is the high-frequency short range variant without the winglets, and both can be made better with ISG and such, but I'm not seeing a reason of that kind for their 767 when there is already the Level D one as well as other 'liter' ones that are much cheaper. If they knock the price down, I might get it just out of curiosity, but it's gonna have to be a lot cheaper than 44 quid before I'll take a chance on it. Odd that it doesn't show up on their main site though.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
May 19, 201016 yr Good post Cesar. This 767 looks very good. I wonder why they have not advertised it in English. I wonder how we can purchase it and if it is safe to purchase it? I'm willing to give it a spin.Dennis Sincerely, Dennis D. Müllert System Specs: MoBo: MSI MAG X870 Tomahawk WiFi ATX AM5. CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D. Memory: 128GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5-5600 CL-40. May 19, 201016 yr Out of curiosity, I actually clicked on the links (coloured boxes) on that website where it is advertised, and it does eventually take you to what is clearly an 'add to shopping basket' page, with a very obvious icon to complete the purchase, so I presume you could click on that, have your credit card deducted and then get a download link for the thing if you wanted it. I daresay it would a be a good model to merge with the Level D, but the manual is most likely in Japanese and it might simply be that they haven't got an English translation of it yet, which might explain why it's not on their normal (English) page. You could actually ask them I suppose. May 27, 201016 yr Author They seem to have the the 767 on there English page it says coming soon. looks like there working on the English manual installer etc etc. http://www.aerosim.co.jp/eigo/a-product_e/...767300fsx_e.htm :( Cesar Martinez AMD 7800X3D RTX5080 NZXT N7 B650E | G.Skill 32GB DDR5 Samsung 980 Pro 2TB | Crucial MX500 (2×) | Crucial P3 Plus Monitor: Philips Evnia 34M2C6500 QD-OLED
May 27, 201016 yr Pretty much what I suspected then. It'll be interesting to see exactly what features it has in comparison to their 777 and 747-400D, although it does look to be fairly 'lite', like their other FSX jets.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here

May 29, 201016 yr Unless they make a 757, which seems likely since they appear to be tackling the Boeing range, I'm hoping they will do a revamped version of the 737-200. They could get away with doing a 'lite' version of that and still garner big sales, as it would not need an FMC.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
June 6, 201016 yr I think I asked them once about a 737-200, but I can't remember what they responded. I'm not sure they even did... But indeed, I wish they made a package out of the 737-200. I don't think we need another 757... I mean, we have CS and QW that both offer rather good packages, and the LDS 757 is in the works although we have no idea how long it will take to complete it, of course. Nah, I don't think they should do a 757. They'd better revamp the planes of the Classic Liner packages, I think.Anyway, the 767 is released. Those that bought it: opinions are welcome!
