That is exactly what happens here too. Exactly the same!I asked in another post why the AS6.5 is better than the ASE but got no answers. With version 6.5 this sudden change does not happen and everything runs smoothly.I would like to use the ASE but is too complicated to simulate with these sudden changes. One of the things I really liked on the new software is the simulation of turbulence and thermals. The simulation of the instability of the air is perfect.Let's see the answers of your post cuz I am interested.

Hi Jim,you have got my FSUIPC.ini file here for a vew days...http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtop...t&p=1766950I have pressed the button "all weather settings off".Also i have made an Flight without "FsPassengers"the troubles are always the same.Downloads all 3 to 5 minutes,cloud popping, vis- changes from haze to clear,that all in minimum times...I think, HIFI does not know, how this happens...Is there a chance to turn off this "interpolation" ??You can make a button "interpolation off" in the next SP.This Rendering is realy sh... . Hi Jim!The "David Copperfield behavior" of my ASE I could not solve before.It brought nothing to disable the setting of realttime.There seems to be no tool that changes the time or the position in my FS9.So this is probably also for many other users of ASE a mystery.Only one Answer I would still like to:I have to fly in at 8:00 ZULU of "A" to "B".After I import my pre-flight, the flight schedule to8:00 ZULU. Hi,If you fly a 2 hour flight, ASE will always provide you with the current weather conditions, not the conditions when you made your plan.

Isnt it true that if you enable settings that trigger 'global mode' (DWC etc), then you will only see the planned weather if youfly directly over the station. Could people be in global mode and not flying close enough to the stations?David.

Hi,No that is not true! People are mis-understanding what global mode means. Maybe an example will help!!A user has DWC On and FSX so they are in Global Mode. They go to airport AAAA (not real, I know) where it is CLR and 20C. Now, in FSX every single weather station will have CLR and 20C. User takes off and flies toward airport BBBB. At BBBB it is raining and 15C, a cold front has moved in. As the user gets closer to BBBB the weather will gradually change and when he gets to BBBB it will be raining and 15C. Now at that point, every single weather station in FSX will be reporting rain and 15C.So flying directly over a station is not necessary. Planned weather changes all the time and the most current weather will be shown on the ASE Report screen.

Thanks Jim,and how is this working in FS9mode?When DWC is for FSX, why its possible it to use for FS9?So it seems, that DWC is a return to FS2005...this old sim also can
