Also, that pic has a ratio of nothing like 16:9 which suggests you're using 1920x1080 in FS instead of the actual resolution of your screen.

While in the sim, hit the Alt button and choose "View". Unclick "Full". Now go back and choose "Full" again. It should revert back to the normal full screen view.
