:( I almost never contact any one about how good their product is, but after dealing with all the problems with the Captain Sim 757/727, I went back to the PMDG 737 on FS 2004. What a great product still!!! I wanted to say this to PMDG. It's not that the Captain sim people did'nt respond, but I never had a problem with the 737. My question to pmdg is this:I saw the 747 inside of Best Buys at a very low price opposed to what's offered at your web site. I would like to purchase it from your web site even though I saw the PMDG logo on the box. The C/D is what the problems are with Captain Sim. I don't mind paying extra if it''s worth it. What do you recommend? Take it easy on me, I'm new to the forum.

Please sign your full name to your posts - forum rule, thanks!The boxed version of the 400X you saw at Best Buy is the same product we sell online - obviously, we'd love it if you purchased it online directly from us, but we made a decision to allow Best Buy to sell it at that price because of the huge distribution network they have. A lot more people know who we are as a result of seeing that box on the shelf there and we have no issues with people buying the CD, it's completely legitimate.

And I'm one of those people, who after not flying FSX for about two years found the PMDG 747X CD in Best Buy.... which, out of curiosity, I bought and started flying FSX again. Completely blown away by the PMDG 747X, I then purchased the MD11 which has taken things to another level for me.So, good job PMDG! :)Chris Bremmer

Exactly! I took CS757 for a short flight after a long brake, I just couldn't put up with all the little idiosyncrasies of that package, drove me nuts :)In my opinion, MD-11 is the best airliner add-on on the market by a far in all aspects, period. PMDG has set a very high standard, it's a pleasure to fly it. It shows the talent and the dedication of the team!
