Hello allI have an issue with the ailerons being 'stuck' when starting a flight and it takes several attempts moving the yoke to get them to react.I have another issue with the right reverser not working when reverse thrust is applied. For both these issues I have checked in FSUIPC and they are responding. In the aircraft software throttle window the reverser the isn't moving either. Problem for me ( with the reverser) is that it is random.Sometimes it will work and others not.I fly the 738 with FS9.Any ideas are very welcome.A collective thank you.Alan Watson

Very suspiciousely sounds like a game controller problem, make sure you don't have multiple copies of the FSUIPC.dll hanging around anyplace on your system drive and try deleting it's ini file.

I would calibrate your joystick and also ensure your Null zones aernt all wonky in the sensitivities menu.

Thanks everyone.Problem solved!! It was all due to the 'centre set' button setting. Thats a lesson learnt.
