Help in Understanding some functions

Featured Replies

Hello folks,After hours of reading the manual, I started a flight and FS2Crew "seemed" to work. OF course, I have a lot of learning ahead of me.I "had" the understanding that the Capt. could say heading 340 or whatever and the FO would change that as well as altitude etc.I had voice to turn on AP, but nothing would change in way of heading/altitude/vs/etc....I still had to physically do it like always which is a pain.Am I understanding correctly??thanks in advance, cthiggin

Did you say: "Bug Heading 3 4 0"My guess is your forgot the 'bug' part.In the manual there is a section that defines the correct syntax for autopilot commands. You need to use the expected syntax. Also the aircraft needs to be airborne for the autopilot commands to work.Best,

You can also check the 'green bar' to see what the speech system is 'hearing'. It may not have heard your command properly.Cheers,
