Wilco 737 Engine Start

Featured Replies

Hi Bryan,I seem to be having an issue getting either engine started by the F/O. (I can start them manually).Could you please advise me the what the minimum requirements/trigger points are before engine start please?I am running at 1600 x 1200 res. It wouldn't be the re-sizing of background screen issue I saw on a PMDG thread would it?Thanks Dave

Dave,Did you install SP1?Check the FAQs thread regarding resizing the mini-overhead panel. You can make it bigger if needed and that will likely cure your issue.Best,

Good Morning Bryanyes I did install SP1 so I dont think this is the issue.in the FAQ's it talks about re-sizing the [Panel 19] for the PMDG version. I only have the Wilco 737 version and from memory it only goes up to [Panel 14] ?? ... sorry I am at work so I need to verify this. Could you please advise which panel I alter for the Wilco 737 version. Thanks & Regards Dave

Hi Dave,It's this section in the panel.cfg, but I don't think that's the problem if you installed SP1.[Window17]size_mm=1600,1200pixel_size=window_size_ratio=1.0position=8visible=0ident=1002window_size=0.300, 0.300 <---- TRY CHANGING TO 0.500, 0.500zorder=101gauge00=b735fwdovh!FwdOvh, 0,0,1600,1200But I don't think this is it. I suspect the issue is procedural.Engine Start Procedure is this:Engine Start 1. Announce Start Sequence:

thanks BryanI will try that tonight. My voice sequence is correct so I will try a re-install of SP1.Although I can't verify until I get home, I am sure my panel config file only went up to [Window 14] on the Wilco 737.Regards Dave

Finally got around to giving this another go last night. It must have been procedural as it worked perfectly (therefore my fault) ..... I blame your manual !I hope the manual for the Level-D 767 will be better ! :(
