August 7, 201015 yr I had a similar problem since I run FSX at my 3 PCs at home and have reinstalled a couple of times due to upgrades to the OS or hardware. Have opened a ticket at the support page a week ago but still no reply. Can someone help me? My customer name is iescheck.Ticket Number1D4-13E8D0AA-491FStatusOpenCreated8/1/2010Ticket number is 1D4-13E8D0AA-491F opened 8/1/2010.I hope it never happens but the day PMDG shuts down will we still be able to install the aircrafts? I got a permanent serial from Suprunov Design for my Yak-40 but for PMDG and Captain Sim the registration is online.
