Gents:After a crash and re-installing everything and getting it activated there are no appproaches available when seeting up the FMC. I think I have done everything in the correct order.I did a search here but didn't come up with the answer.Any help would be appreciated.

Rick,Check the PMDG\SIDSTARS folder and see if there's anything there - if not, you have no navdata installed and that explains it. Easiest thing to do is just go get the latest cycle at www.navigraph.com

Hello:I tried CYYZ AND EGLL both of which I used to fly into and out of on a regular basis.

You sure the airport you're at has approaches in the database? Which one is it?

Both of those are definitely in the navdata. The approaches will be in files named cyyz.txt and egll.txt, if you can select these icao's and select a star then you should be able to select an approach.
