Sounds like something may be running in the background. Have you tried using the task manager to bring it up? Task manager - applications - highlight FSX and then click switch to. While you are there, check to see if any other applications are running.

Did that but the only thing that happens is that it brins the desktop page and I can hear the music playing in the back...

Well, I think I know whats happening... after I checked DirectX preview these strange things aterted to happen... first the sim loaded but nothing appeared except a black screen with the sound of the B737 engine... That almost sound like the size of your window got reduced to almost nothing and its out of the monitors screen resolution. It has happened to me a couple of times throughout the years, not with FSX though. Try changing your resolution to something higher while its running and see if you can grab the window and stretch it back to size if that is the case.
