Dear avsim , sorry to post this on here but I am having a hard time contacting PMDG I dont know why this company is so willing to take peoples money nbut give no support for their products?????Anyways I bought their extended download for the 737-600/700/800/900 cause I have owned that product since 2005 or 2008 but they took my money and will not send me a download link so I can donw load the product I bought!! Do you guys know of any way to contact them so I can either 1) GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THE NON SUPPORTING COMPANY OR 2)GET THEM TO SEND ME A DOWNLOAD LINK?I have looked on their support site and SEE NO WHERE TO CONTACT THEMFOR STUFF LIKE THIS...... MY LOGIN IN WITH THEM IS THE SAME E-MAIL ...JUST MY NAME WOULD BE TANKER NOT TANKER 12

Scroll down a bit, there support forum is here at AVSIM, I also think that there support is amazing, they do have a support portal at there website. It has also been known that users have multiple accounts at PMDG, or change there email addresses over the years, which can cause these support errors.

did you look at the bottom of every www-page on their site? in all caps - PRODUCT SUPPORT. clink on the text/hot-link at get -http://support.preci...in/Default.aspxbottom of every pmdg www-stie page has a link to their support forum ... for , in all caps, PMDG FORUM.--
