Out of the blue my 737 (600-900 updated) Load Manager has frozen. I can select model tabs but the sliders and input boxes are unresponsive: its the same trying the original icon in the PMDG folder and my Desktop icon.The aircraft appears to behave properly otherwise, although without the Loads I cant be sure, but everything was working fine.

And from the way my post is worded it should be obvious that the Load Manager worked before - which means that I know how its done. But thanks anyway.So whats the problem here - nobody at PMDG interested in helping out a customer whos product has strangely ceased to work correctly?How disappointing.

You have an odd problem that no one has experience with, and you're not posting your full name per forum rules.You also have the option of dealing with pmdg support directly by opening a trouble ticket at their support portal.
