August 17, 201015 yr Hello, Ive read that the Autogen.xml was fault with FS9.0, but not with 9.1As far I know the autogen.xml is not modified by the 9.1 patchCheck the backup folder for see the changed files by the patchIf you deleted the original you can find it on the FS2004 original CD'sPersonnaly I have keep it renamed under FS9.1Regards.Gus.
August 17, 201015 yr Author HmmI dunno, ive read that in 9.0 it was disabled because it caused CTDbut that was fixed in 9.1 updateit has to be re-enabled after the update, because it adds extra buildings, like barns, churches etc etc i just dont know how to re-enable it :DLiam OS: Windows 10 Home Premium 64Bit CPU: Intel i7 4790K Quad @ 4.4GHz MoBo: ASUS Z97 Pro Gamer GPU: nVidea/Gigabyte GTX980 RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) Corsair 1600C9 Vengeance DDR3 1600Mhz PSU: Seasonic X-650 80+ Gold Monitor: ASUS VG248QE 1920x1080, 144Hz, 1ms

Some folks have disabled it in an attempt to improve frame rates as no longer would fast food joints etc. be displayed. I have never heard of it being blamed for CTD's though. To my knowledge it has never been "disabled" in either version and it is not one of the files which is replaced in the 9.1 update. If for some reason yours is missing, it can be restored from Disk1 - it is in the MSGAME1.cab.
August 17, 201015 yr Author Hmm, i dont see the buildings its supposed to have.It might be to do with my settings, like scenery complexity? i have all the new bridges, just doing some VFR down a river in my DA42, and seeing lots of new bridges, which was funny because another user i was flying with just installed the update and was following me in his DHC-7, and was constantly like, "oh look a new bridge" lolLiam OS: Windows 10 Home Premium 64Bit CPU: Intel i7 4790K Quad @ 4.4GHz MoBo: ASUS Z97 Pro Gamer GPU: nVidea/Gigabyte GTX980 RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) Corsair 1600C9 Vengeance DDR3 1600Mhz PSU: Seasonic X-650 80+ Gold Monitor: ASUS VG248QE 1920x1080, 144Hz, 1ms

August 17, 201015 yr What I was told was pretty much if you havent heard of this before then chances are it is already enabled, As you have to manually disable it so you would know how to do this already.I asked the question in the post in question and this is what came of it, so I know mine is already enabled.
