What the heck causes this

Recently I started to have this issue. While flying the sim pauses and then I get these weird textures. I then have to minimize and bring it back up for the textures to load normally. Anybody know how to fix this?FS9Win XpAMD Phenom II X2 555Nvidia 9800 GtASv6.5REX

What have you added anything like a scenery or aircraft recently and before this problem happened? Have you tried disabling said add-on to see it that changes anything.
No, I have not added anything recently. I'm wondering if it a driver issue. I am going to roll back the driver and try that.

I have had similar texture corruption, however, my system, Win7 tells me that my NVidia drivers temporarily were not working and then my system says that it has corrected the problem. It seems to me at least in my case that this is a video driver issue. In my case most ofter my system recovers but I would like to find drivers that were stable in the first place.

I rolled back to the Nvidia 186.18 drivers. For some reason my system does not like the 197 series.
