September 6, 201015 yr I've just recently purchsed and installed and am having good outcomes until the point of taxiing the aircraft. The controls appear fine but the plane pulls hard left during taxi and is impossible to keep on the runway during takeoff. I suspect a left brake is some how getting set by one of the red/green keystrokes but can't be sure. I've tied taking off with fscrew installed from a hot start on the active runway without activating any fscrew actions and everything works fine. I'm guessing I have some kind of keyboard conflict but I've not changed any of the default settings. Any ideas? I'm getting frustrated. Thanks for any suggestions.Richard Johnson

September 6, 201015 yr Author Thanks, I've posted something there as well but haven't received anything. I don't believe it's calibration (I've re-calibrated and the rudder works fine if you view the aircraft externally. As I mentioned, the plane operates ok until I execute a command in Fscrew. Somehow that seems to be executing something in the flight controls.Richard

September 7, 201015 yr Author Bryan,I was able to resolve the control issue by removing and reinstalling FSCREW. Interestingly, it also resolved an issue I was having with Radar Contact not recognizing keystrokes. Now I'm left with a couple of issues ( 2 of which are minor).1. The FO never activates the RTO on the autobrake.2. FO doesn't switch on his FD.3. During enigine start he opens all fuel cutoffs, starts two engines, and then when instructed to start the remaining two engines closes those associciated cutoffs. I kept the thrust panel open to see what was happening and it is as I said (all cutoffsa were closed when he started as they shoulkd have been). Consequently I end up with only two engines and go ahead and start them myself. It kind of messes up the procedure flow. The first two items are no big deal but I include them in the event they tie together somehow.Thoughts? Thanks Richard

Ensure your fuel cut-off switches are in the off position prior to engine start and also understand that if doing an auto start the FO will set the fuel switches to run (most people are accustomed to flipping them to run manually around 20% N2). Also ensure that you go slow and deliberate with the main button.Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
September 7, 201015 yr Author Thanks, I will check the key assignment on the first two items. As for the engine start issue, I did loog at some of the posts regarding this and couldn't discern any good answer. I am certain that the fuel switches are in the cutoff position before requesting the start. I'll try it slow and see what happens. Should I wait for the FO to ask: "Let me know when your ready for 1&2"? I've been making my own judgement on when to proceed.
