September 19, 201015 yr I'm looking for a regional jet, I was looking maybe at the Wilco Embraer, or the CLS MD 81, is there another option out there? Any suggestions?
September 19, 201015 yr You're probably going to get a better response if you post in the FSX forum. ;) "No matter how eloquent you are or how solidly and firm you've built your case, you will never win in an argument with an idiot, for he is too stupid to recognize his own defeat." ~Anonymous.
September 19, 201015 yr Wilco have a few regional jets mostly Embraers. They are good but they have small anoying technical inaccuracys and are not very deep below the surface as far as integration between systems are concernd so don't match the PMDG or Level-D standards. Have a look at the aerosoft preview forums at the CRJ in development. The systems were actually developed by Digital Aviation who are well regarded as far as system depth goes. And aerosoft are hood at the visuals so it should be a good release.

Cockpit lighting is either off, or the entire cockpit panel in the VC is green-tinted. When you shut that down, important areas in the VC are completely unlit. Part of the reason this is problematic for me is I prefer to have high contrast display settings, with lowish gamma--makes for a nicer looking view. Other planes i have do not have this issue, because of more robust cockpit lighting options. It is a very decent plane though, and I would not let the VC lighting issue stop me from owning it. One area I need to research is when the autopilot is disengaged, the plane lurches terribly, suggesting the autopilot is fighting trim or something like that. It may be a technique issue I haven't yet learned how to resolve. By the time the plane is on final approach a few miles out, I notice the AP can be disconnected w/o this issue.Noel Noel System: 9900X3D Noctua NH-D15 G2, MSI Pro 650-P WiFi, G.SKILL 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000, WD NVMe 2Tb x 1, Sabrent NVMe 2Tb x 1, RTX 4090 FE, Corsair RM1000W PSU, Win11 Home, LG Ultra Curved Gsync Ultimate 3440x1440, Phanteks Enthoo Pro Case, TCA Boeing Edition Yoke & TQ, Cessna Trim Wheel, RTSS Framerate Limiter w/ Front Edge Sync.
