October 25, 201015 yr Please , what mean " swapping cables arround " ? Excuse me butI don't understand English very well. Many thanksBest regardsMaurizioWhat he means is have you tried switching the cables from one monitor to another. First move only the cables that are connected to each monitor, if the picture is still bad on the same monitor then you know it is the monitor that is having an issue. If you switch the cables and the bad picture moves to the other monitor then you know it is either the cable or the connection to the video card and by changing each wire out you can then determine if it is the connection or the wire, just some basic troubleshooting. Are you using identical HDMI, DVI or RGB cable's? One last thing to consider is power supply, what have you got to power your computer? \Robert Hamlich/

Many thanks.Best regards .MaurizioHi Maurizio - I am not sure either my friend. It could just be how FSX is configured and that is making a difference. When you switch to the outside view are you first pressing the [ key to create a new window then cycling through the the exterior view or are you pressing ALT Enter to go into window mode? Once you create the new "view" window -- [ key -- you can drag it over to the other screen. And make sure the resolution is the same from FSX to your desktop to the additional monitorI will experiment myself when I have a chance and get back to you.Best, \Robert Hamlich/

I go on -new view-external observer .When I have the new view I undock it and I drag it on the second monitor : and here when I try to resize the imageI have the problem . The image is all troubled . If I drag the view again on the first monitor the image return normal .I don't employ [key and ALTEnter key. What I am not able to understand is that I run Fs9 in the same way and on the same monitors without problems . Many many thanks for your help.Best regardsMaurizio

See if that helps.Another question - if you start FSX in windowed mode, load an aircraft, use SHIFT 3 to bring up the GPS and then undock it and drag it to the second monitor, do you still have the problem?
