Yannick's Falcon 50

Featured Replies

Has anyone installed Yannick's Falcon 50 in FS2004? Will we have to wait for a new version?Best Regards,

Works great... Make sure you have the patched version though. You'll have to go into your FS9.cfg file and make a change:"You can get the wheels to show on almost all 2002 aircraft but so far there is no way to show the props on the older aircraft. You have to open the FS9 Cfg. file (Not the individual aircraft Cfg. but the main FS9 Cfg.) and go down about half way, From there look for a line with the following, {FrameCallNoWarn} <-- Brackets of course and the name of the plane you want to fix. I'm at work at this moment and can't remember what the numbering is but you have to change a 0 to a 1 or the other way around. At this point reboot and try out the aircraft. This works very well with the jets because there are no props involved. Give it a try."

Thanks a lot! I will try it!By "patched version" I think you mean the last version that was available for FS2k2. Is that so?I really like that plane and I will try it in FS9.Best Regards,

Domingos,Thanks for asking about this really excellent plane! I had tried the install for FS9 and there were no landing gear!So now I have an idea on how it may be fixed??I'd found this plane from using Active Camera for FS2k2 and combined these two programs along with FDC really make things complete. Excellent graphics inside and out with fine flight dynamics.Cliff (PDX)

Hi,thanks for reminding us about this great bird, Domingos! I all but forgot about her. :)To make gear visible, start FS, confirm when asked about loading the Falcon, exit FS. Open fs9.cfg, find this:{FrameCallNoWarn} :)Regards,JureBush Flying Unlimited]"At home in the wild"[/i

Actually, there's a bit of a mess in the VC section... Gauges vsi and dme should be Kingair!vsi and Kingair!dme and there are two vsi gauges on the left side. So in Vcockpit01 and Vcockpit03 gauge04 should read: gauge04=Lear_45!Backup Attitude, 783,108,92,92instead of Kingair!vsi, ...JureBush Flying Unlimited]"At home in the wild"[/i

Thanks a lot for your clear information, I will try it!Best Regards,
