August 17, 200223 yr Author What?? Have any of you seen the TLC show on Kansai? The whole bloody island (airport included) is sinking at a rate of 4 inches every month. They have to keep jacking the terminal up with hydraulic lifts to keep it level. Don't understand why they would be building a second runway? Eric
