Hello Dan,It sounds like the computer is set up for the PCI video card to be the default. If that is the case, and assuming that your TI500 is an AGP card, you need to go into your BIOS and set it to use the AGP card as the default. The BIOS is probably set to show the PCI card as the default. I had this problem once before when I first put a second video card in to use a multi monitor setup.Again check your BIOS!!
