Getting rid of 2d panels

Featured Replies

I'm a VC chap. The only 2D panel I use is the GPS, the rest I read from the VC panel. On earlier Carenado products there is a vast array of Shift+1 through 8 panels and the GPS isn't consistently shift+2 or....3 or....5. :( Sod's law says I'll hit the wrong one every time! So,can I disable all the ones I don't want and can I re-assign the same key combo for all my Carenados?

Yes you can, but even easier would be to renumber them so that the GPS panel is always Window01 as an example. This would mean that shift-2 (01 + 1 =2) will always pop up the GPS panel.

I rarely look for a simple answer when a complicated one will do. :( Terrific idea, thanks Bert.
