Kept getting error "You are not allowed to attach this type of file"Changed it to a .txt file and a .zip file - got same error.What have I missed here? November 24, 201015 yr Not sure as I have never attempted to attach a txt file in the new forum -But, it is certainly easy enough just to copy the relevant part of a cfg file (normally the whole thing is not necessary) and paste what you have copied into a post.Hope that work-around is helpful.

Can you imagine someone with hostile intent uploading a *.exe or *. zip file that contains a virus or whatever? It would be ugly.... Very very ugly.
