When I used ******* Alutve´s online tweaking tool, which worked like a breeze, I got the message, that I should use an external fps limiter. I searched and downloaded the "Fps_Limiter_0.2". Now I wonder how that works, cause there isn´t a good readme/user guide, so I seem to be somehow helpless. Does anyone of you know how that works and could tell it me?

There is a readme.txt file in the package (partly in German..)

I read this readme up and down, but it doesn´t help, since I´m not very familiar with things like that.
