Hi there, ordered my NGX FCTM on Saturday ( or Sunday forgot ), when am i supposed to receive a tracking number, or shipping confirmation, or anything? This for Eastern Europe

Still haven't recieved mine either, but nothing to worry about. Think they were doing one last sanity check on the books before they ship them all out since we all can't receive updates for them once they are distributed out. I have been watching all day myself though to see if anyone else got theirs and posted up that they received it.

Guys, if you log in to your account on the PMDG store and look at the order, the tracking number should be listed under Shipment Information.

I suppose that is my face palm for the month. Could of sworn when I ordered it said we would get a confirmation e-mail. Excitement I suppose will tend to do that to ya. Thank you for pointing it out.

Hey Billy.. I think it depends on the shipping option you chose as to whether you get a tracking number or not? I could be wrong. I chose the Priority Shipping. I would put mine up here, but right below where it says Shipping: Fedex Ground, it has Tracking Number: XXXXXXXXXXX. Then below that I have a link that says "View Contents" and that says the PMDG 737-NGX Chief Pilot's Flight Manual Set. So if it doesn't look like that something may be wrong. Mine said it was picked up at 5PM, so your page may just not have been updated yet. So best bet would be to check again tomorrow afternoon to see if you have a tracking number. As long as it says shipped on your order status page though I wouldn't be to worried as that means it is on the way.

Hi Steve,Thanks for the info. My just updated in the last 30 mins. It has shipped with tracking #!!! FYI: I just got a Dell computer shipment via FedEx. Ground. They don't keep the tracking updated until it gets to the destination city and then out for delivery. You'll need to call them to get current info.I hope these manuals are ok, I got NG chief pilot set. If looks good I'd like to get the 747 set, after this one is absorbed. hahahCheers,BillyBob

If there's no tracking number there it means it either 1. hasn't shipped yet, or 2. did ship, but the shipping company hasn't updated their system yet to reflect it.

Got my tracking number then logged into FedEx tracked it . . its been picked up now in transit on way to Australia. Cant wait.
