My point is, you told him purely to "read the stickies" (your words, not mine). Those stickies simply don't exist (in this forum) so don't turn this around on me. My other (& main) point is, there was no need for you to have been so patronising in your original response, no need whatsoever. Actually, I did not tell the OP to read the stickies. Since you want to be anal about it, I used humour to demonstrate to the OP that their non-standard use of capitalistation, instead of looking cool, had the unintended consequences of obscureing their message, a point emphasised by the references to codes and secretiveness required of any answer. The clever bit was in not pointing out that any such answer would no longer be secret but could and would be found by reading the stickies and searching forums, something I was hoping the OP would realise for themselves in a moment that started with 'Duh'. Of course that was rude me, but I would suggest, and I know you will think this childish of me, but 'he started it' by not showing the good manners to read the stickies or search the forum. Was I more rude to him then you have been to me? I at least gave him the courtesy of reading what he actually wrote.

You're right, he isn't. Humour is conveyed in all sorts of manners, you're right also, you don't need a only a :( etc to portray that, but if you use words only you need to convey it in a manner than comes across as humourous, something you seemed to have overlooked. Quite how you think your post was humourous I have no idea still, you seem to be the only one who finds it funny to take the mick out of someone who could have an impedement. All I see is a post that is patronising and anal towards Craig and there was no need of it. One thing it wasn't and that was clever. If you can't see that then there really is no hope.
