December 9, 201015 yr Hey all I find it impossibly difficult to learn off those PDF's given by PMDG simply because of the complexity and having to scroll down. Just feels tedious. Are there any others in my boat? And can anyone who has actually bought the physical manuals comment on how much easier it is. If it is lol. P.S Ryan please do report on ya GTX 570 performance ;D.
December 9, 201015 yr You could print them. I have done that with some CS aircraft and it works well. It's also a cheaper option too. Chris Farrell
December 9, 201015 yr Commercial Member Don't know on the 570 because my power supply appears to be too weak to run it without crashes... gonna have to go get a bigger one at Fry's tonight. Sigh... Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com

December 10, 201015 yr I've never had a problem learning from PDF files. I don't think I printed anything out from the 747, MD, or J41. I do tend to read them over and over again. From time to time I'll just open one up and start reading. Might not be the best way, but it works for me.I am considering purchasing the NGX manuals in hard copy. I'm sure those are much easier to read out of, and much easier to deal with.
December 10, 201015 yr Corsair HX 620WYour PSU is def up to the job. I'm about to put my secong GTX 460 on my TX 650. And I know I can do it because these days often a quality PSU dominates quantity (watts). To an extent .If I were you I would try and figure out what your real problem is because you got a good quality PSU there. May sound obvious and stupid but maybe just maybe it's not installed correctly. Like needs 2 6 pin connectors.
December 10, 201015 yr Commercial Member I got a wattage monitor for the wall - even playing Metro 2033, which is more demanding than Crysis even, it only hits about 450-460W. I fully cleaned out the drivers and reinstalled everything clean - so far so good right now. Wish there was more of an improvement in FSX - it's basically the same as my 260 was. I'll have to play around with the image quality options though, I bet I can do some crazy AA levels with this thing. It's a night and day difference from the 260 in games that actually use the GPU. Battlefield BC2 is uber-smooth in DX11 with everything cranked now. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com

But I rekon when that Microsoft Flight is released then people will see the GPU utilised. I think I will just use another 460 because drivers now do very good for SLI. In fact you should get another GTX570 and your set for a long time ;D. Oh wait your 620watt never mind..
