the issue is the cloud graphic. i suggest you contact the developers via their support forums.

FSUIPC should be functionally OFF in reguards to the its weather engine. ASE and/or REX must be controlling the weather representations. be sure you have following the ASE and REX configuration instructions in their manuals.--

Methink is not a addon problem as you can have it also with the defaults clouds of FS2004This "line" can be seen or not also depending of your POV or the altitude of POV.Methink this graphic aberration is due to the difference of visibility in the differents clouds layers ...I can be wrong of course but not with the fact that the phenomena also occur with defaults clouds IMHO.FSUIPC settings can maybe also be put on the list of "suspected culprits" :( Regards.Gus.

I noticed it too on my system. I noticed it after I installed the latest service pack for ASE. I didn't have it before. I changed my settings in fs9 to 60/60 and it is still there. I only notice it on the ground.Jeff
