Have you tried running FSX in Full Screen mode? As far as I know some systems are happier in Windowed mode and some in Full Screen mode. Also, do you have the same problem with all your aircraft? Are you in full screen mode or windowed mode?

I have the same problem ever since i put- external frame limiter in.I have the frames set to unlimited in FSX and the external set to 30 like they say to do . But the miniute i drag something in my 2nd monitor after UNdocking it, it turns black so they say to DOUBLE the frames in the External Frame rate limiter and i did that and it's ok now . if this helps you
