January 30, 201115 yr Jeff,Being a corporate pilot, I have traveled the last several years with a standard size rollabout suitcase and a 17" laptop. My joystick is the CH Combatstick. A full size joystick yet base is square at 6" x 6" x 2". About the size of a good book. I turn the joystick on its side in the corner of the suitcase with handle inward. I can pack creatively around handle and combination seemed to work well. Happy landings, Mike Eppright (KAAO)
